How it works

Where do the answers come from?

  1. You say what you needIn your own words, the way you would tell a friend.
  2. It reads the official pagesLive, from the agency's own site, so fees and requirements are current, not remembered.
  3. You get answers with sourcesEvery answer names the page it came from and when that page last changed.

Will it ask for my password, card details or PIN?

  • Never asks for passwords, card details, OTPs or bank PINs.
  • Never takes payment for a government fee. You pay on the agency's own portal.
  • Never guesses. If a page does not say, it tells you and shows you where to check.

Questions

Good to know.

Where does Nelo get fees and requirements from?

It reads the government agencies' own official pages live, and tells you which page each answer came from and when that page was last updated.

Will Nelo ask for my password, card details or PIN?

Never. It does not ask for passwords, card details, OTPs or bank PINs, and it does not take payment for government fees. Those are paid on the agency's own portal.

What happens if Nelo cannot help?

It says so plainly and hands you to a person.
